- Onion sliced - 1
- Bengal Gram Flour(Besan) - 1/2 cup
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- cooking soda - a pinch
- Green chilly chopped
- Red chilly powder
- salt to taste
- oil for deep fry
Mix all the ingredients together except oil with little water.
The consistency should be thick not that running consistency.
Deep fry the pakodas in batches.Do not overcrowd the kadai.
