Serving - 16 glasses(approx)
- Raw Mangoes - 3
- Sugar - 2 1/2 cup powdered (it may vary depending on the size and soreness of the mango)
- black salt - 1/2 tsp per glass
- cumin seed - 2 tbsp
- red chilly - 3
- cold water and some ice cubes
Roast the mangoes directly on flame.You need to rotate and roast so that all sides are equally roasted.
After roasting, cool the mangoes.You can place them directly under running cold water.After it is cooled, remove the skin and take out the pulp.Discard the seed.
